

Leila Bibizadeh is of dual heritage - British and Iranian - and graduated from The University of East London with a degree in Fine Art in 2008.
She specialises in animal portraits and through her art, Leila celebrates the unique and individual qualities of every animal she paints. Her aim is to focus attention on the importance of protecting endangered species from the threat of extinction. Recent achievements include being short-listed for the BBC Wildlife Artist of the Year 2010 competition and also being selected as a Top 200 Artist for the Guardian's London Lives 2010 Competition. Past exhibitions include the prestigious Saatchi Gallery in London.
