Sarah Jane Martin's illustration style is vibrant and hyper-realistic. Using colour pencil crayon and gouache, her visual interpretation of natural subjects lends itself to many subjects within publishing.

After graduating with a BA (hons) in scientific and natural history, and illustration, she pursued a career illustrating children’s books. Her work is published from New York to Australia.

Living in Cornwall, Sarah can pursue her passion for wildlife and botanical illustration. She's never happier than wandering or sailing along the beautiful coastline with little more in hand than a camera and sketchbook.
